Coffee was first introduced to Puerto Rico in 1736 and has been cultivated in the Ciales Mountains since 1820. We recently acquired a couple hundred pounds of this rare coffee and we are thrilled to share it with you. Puerto Rican coffee is characterized as smooth and sweet. Similar to an Ethiopian coffee, with its deep fruit and chocolate notes, full body and winey acidity. Truly a distinctive coffee. Available in stores and online for a limited time!
