FRESH TERRITORY FOR THE TAKING

Currently, fresh territories are available in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Our cafes can be as little as 1800 sq. ft. with a drive-thru and patio to maximize convenience, quickness and customer connections.

Residential population greater than 15,000 within defined trade area (or that meet traffic count criteria)

INVESTMENT DETAILS

Initial investment range $383,300 - $631,500 Initial franchise fee of $35,000 (discounts on multiples) Brand fund fee of 2.5% of gross sales

Royalty fee 6% gross sales after 78 weeks of operation:

  • 2% for the 1 - 26 weeks of operation
  • 3% for the 27 - 52 weeks of operation
  • 4% for the 53 - 78 weeks of operation

Minimum Financial Requirements

  • Verifiable liquid assets of $175,000
  • Total net worth of $500,000
