I like to cut my dark roast coffee with heavy cream to create a bold but creamy smooth drink. A lot of dark roasts have a bitter - almost pungent - flavor. Night Owl Roast is different. It's not bitter at all which takes my bold smoothness to a whole new level.

I really love Papua New Guinea, it just taste so good regardless of your brewing method. I tried espresso, drip, pour over, Aeropress, cold brew, and
Nitro cold brew. This is the first coffee I’ve ever had that taste great regardless of how I brew it and I don’t have a favorite, love them all equally. My wife on the other hand isn’t a huge coffee drinker like I am and she loves the cold brew. I would strongly recommend this coffee to anyone. You can’t beat the price for a single origin coffee that’s freshly roasted. I live well over a 1,000 miles away from the nearest Five Lakes and will still be ordering this coffee for a long time to come.
We work on the road and work long hours. Coffee is a staple in the job trailer. This is excellent coffee! Great flavor and the little extra caffeine is always a plus. Nothing but high marks for the coffee and the purveyor.
