  • Submitters must submit only original content or content they have permission to share.
  • Submitters must have permission from anyone clearly shown in the post.
  • If rewards points may be received for the post, the submitter should clearly disclose that connection in the post.
  • One approved submission per week.
  • Photo submissions may earn 90 points after review.
  • Video submissions may earn 175 points after review.
  • Featured moments may earn 700+ points after review.
  • Rewards are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed.
  • Featured moments are chosen by the Five Lakes team.
  • Five Lakes Coffee may view, repost, share, and feature approved content organically on Five Lakes Coffee social channels, website, email, and in-store materials, with credit when practical.
  • Five Lakes may decline submissions that are unrelated, inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, misleading, private, or otherwise not brand-safe.
  • Submitters must be 18+ or have parent/guardian permission.
