- Submissions must be public social posts.
- Customers submit post links only.
- One approved submission per week.
- Photo submissions may earn 90 points after review.
- Video submissions may earn 175 points after review.
- Featured moments may earn 700+ points after review.
- Rewards are manually reviewed and not guaranteed.
- Five Lakes may decline submissions that are unrelated, inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, misleading, private, or otherwise not brand-safe.
- Submitters must own the content or have permission to submit it.
- Submitters must have permission from people shown in the content.
- Submitters must be 18+ or have parent/guardian permission.
- Do not submit photos or videos of minors unless you are their parent/guardian or have permission from their parent/guardian.
- Five Lakes may repost, share, or feature approved content organically with credit when practical.
