Legend has it that coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia by a goat herder who’s goats were getting frisky after nibbling on coffee plants.

A specialty coffee sourced from 1,100 small producers within the Oromia regional state. Small plots producing 300 to 700 kg of cherry each year are planted with traditional coffee varieties of Dega and Wulicho with native shade trees of Birbira, Grevillea and Kobo.

Sweet and bright

Love this coffee. My second time ordering I liked it so much the first time. Waited about a week after roast date and noticed very nice brightness, sweetness, and pleasant acidity. Will order again.
